We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes:

- evaluating system security and stability, and
- for other administrative purposes.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes listed above for data collection. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.
In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. You can find more detailed explanations in sections 4 and 5 of this privacy policy.

If you have expressly consented in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. To receive the newsletter, you only need to provide your email address.
You can unsubscribe at any time, for example via a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you can also send us your unsubscribe request at any time by email (see point 1 Contact details).
c) When using our contact form
If you have any questions, you can contact us using the form provided on the website. You must provide a valid email address so that we know who the enquiry comes from and can respond to it. Further details can be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR on the basis of your voluntary consent.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after your enquiry has been processed.
d) When providing chargeable services and sending samples
In order to provide paid services, we request additional data from our customers. This data includes inventory data, communication data, contract data and payment data. Your personal data, insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used exclusively for the purpose of contract processing. For example, your name and address must be passed on to the goods supplier in order to deliver the goods. Without your express consent or without a legal basis, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties outside the scope of contract processing.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b (execution of order processes) and c (legally required archiving) GDPR. To ensure the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (such as SSL) via HTTPS.
Customer data is deleted after the statutory warranty obligations have expired. In the case of statutory archiving obligations (tax law retention obligations), deletion takes place after 10 years.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
- You have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR
- the transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data,
- in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, and
- this is legally permissible and necessary for the performance of contractual relationships with you pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
